AND NOW TO WIT, this 5th day of November, 2010, the Court having met and conferred with the parties, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the following dates are established:

1. Factual discovery shall be completed on or before April 29, 2011.

2. Dispositive motions shall be filed on or before May 13, 2011.

3. A pretrial conference shall be held on May 10, 2011 at 10:00 a.m.

4. A three day jury trial will commence on June 8, 2011.

The parties shall meet and confer prior to preparation of the pretrial order to, inter alia, determine facts not in dispute, prepare a joint set of jury instructions, resolve objections to exhibits, pre-mark exhibits, and discuss exhibits to be included in juror notebooks.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
