ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On June 12, 2023, petitioner electronically filed a document with the Court, designating the filing as petitioner's "Exhibit(s)." Review of the filing shows that it consists of a Notice of Certification of Your Seriously Delinquent Federal Tax Debt to the U.S. State Department upon which this case is based. See Rule 34(b)(2), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Exhibit(s), filed June 12, 2023, is recharacterized as petitioner's First Amendment to Petition. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended by adding the letter "P" to the docket number, which shall now read: "Docket No. 9286-23P." It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to add the letter "P" to the docket record and other records of the Court and to process this case under the provisions of I.R.C. section 7345(e).
