District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
May 12, 1987
506 So. 2d 1167 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1987)

Opinion

No. 86-2024.

May 12, 1987.

An Appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County; Richard Yale Feder, Judge.

Jerry B. Schreiber, Miami, for appellants.

Robert A. Kanziger, Miami, for appellee.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and HENDRY and HUBBART, JJ.

This is an appeal by the plaintiffs from the entry of final summary judgment in favor of the defendant/appellee in plaintiffs' action seeking damages for the defendant's alleged negligent performance of certain accounting duties. The defendant having shown before the trial court the absence of any genuine issue of material fact, and that he was entitled to judgment as a matter of law, we find no error in the judgment under review.

Affirmed.
