ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge.

This case was called at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 7, 2022, at the Celebrezze Federal Building located at 1240 East 9th Street in Cleveland, Ohio, Courtroom No. 3013. Both parties appeared and were heard. It came to the Court's attention that both parties had not come to an agreement after petitioner's counsel came across additional issues through a FOIA response.

On November 8, 2022, both parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues. The case was recalled on November 9, 2022 as scheduled by the Court. Both parties requested thirty (30) days to file decision documents.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 12, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
