This case was called from the calendar at the Court's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Trial Session on October 31, 2022. There was no appearance by the petitioners. Respondent counsel stated that the parties in this case have reached a basis for settlement, and they anticipate submitting a signed decision document shortly. Respondent requests 30 days to file the decision document with the Court.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 30, 2022, the parties shall either file a joint report as to the then-current status of this case or shall submit the parties' proposed stipulated decision.
