Opinion

No. 04-72651.

Argued and Submitted October 18, 2007 Pasadena, California.

November 16, 2007.

On Petition for Review of an Order of the Board of Immigration Appeals, Agency No. A37-542-695.

Before: KOZINSKI, TASHIMA, and McKEOWN, Circuit Judges.

MEMORANDUM

This disposition is not appropriate for publication and is not precedent except as provided by 9th Cir. R. 36-3.

We lack jurisdiction to review Gustavo Lemus-Galvan's petition for review because the Immigration Judge expressly ordered removal on the basis of an aggravated felony. See 8 U.S.C. § 1252(a)(2)(C). His petition for review also fails to raise adequately a question of law or a constitutional claim. See id. § 1252(a)(2)(D).

PETITION DISMISSED.
