No. 04-18-00745-CV

From the 131st Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2018CI07292
Honorable Stephani A. Walsh, Judge Presiding
ORDER
Sitting: Irene Rios, Justice Beth Watkins, Justice Liza A. Rodriguez, Justice
On April 18, 2019, appellants filed a document titled, "Appellants' Joint Objection to Amended Clerk's Record and Motion for Contempt." Appellants' motion is DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 34.5(c) (providing that a party may direct the trial court clerk to prepare and file a supplemental clerk's record if a relevant item has been omitted from the clerk's record).
Appellants' brief was due on April 18, 2019. Neither the brief nor a motion for extension of time has been filed.
We, therefore, ORDER appellants to file, on or before May 20, 2019, their appellants' brief and a written response reasonably explaining (1) their failure to timely file the brief and (2) why appellees are not significantly injured by their failure to timely file a brief. If appellants fail to file a brief and the written response by the date ordered, we will dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a); see also TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(c) (allowing involuntary dismissal if appellant has failed to comply with a court order).

Irene Rios, Justice
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 9th day of May, 2019.
