HARMLESS AND PREJUDICIAL ERRORS, § 234 — inflammatory argument of counsel. Judgment for plaintiff in action for wrongful death as result of automobile collision was reversed, where attorney for plaintiff made several highly improper, prejudicial and inflammatory remarks in argument to the jury, and although objections were sustained by the court to a number of such statements, the attorney persisted in proceeding in the same manner.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Peoria county; Hon. JOSEPH E. DAILY, presiding.
Judgment reversed and cause remanded. Heard in this court at October term, 1940.
