This case is calendared for trial on the Court's March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session. On March 3, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report informing the Court that they have reached a basis for settlement and that respondent's Counsel is in the process of preparing the proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration of the parties' report, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 8, 2022, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
