ORDER

On October 27, 2021, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. Upon review, that document incorporates by reference a stipulation of the parties. However, no settlement stipulation was filed concurrently with the proposed stipulated decision.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced proposed stipulated decision is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 6, 2021, the parties shall file a settlement stipulation and a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration.
