This case is currently calendared on the Court's Milwaukee, Wisconsin trial session, scheduled to begin on October 3, 2022.

On September 23, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution.

On September 29, 2022, the parties filed a joint proposed stipulated decision. The Court's review turned up a typographical error in the Ordered and Decided paragraph. On September 30, 2022, the parties filed another proposed stipulated decision correcting the typographical error. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the joint proposed stipulated decision, filed September 29, 2022, is hereby stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution is denied as moot.
