This case is currently calendared on the Court's Milwaukee, Wisconsin trial session, scheduled to begin October 3, 2022.

On September 23, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution is set for hearing on Monday, October 3, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. (CT), at the above-referenced trial session. Petitioners Sandra and Bruce Leis are advised that failure to appear at the hearing may result in the Court granting the Commissioner's motion and entering an order and decision in the amounts set forth therein.

This Order constitutes official notice to the parties.
