MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Justices Moseley, FitzGerald, and Myers

On January12, 2012, appellant Paul Michael Leighton filed his Motion to Dismiss Appeal as Moot, asking this Court to dismiss the above-captioned interlocutory appeal. The trial court has signed a final judgment in cause number 08-11357-A, which terminated the temporary injunctive relief made the subject of this interlocutory appeal. Appellee Elizabeth Robeles has not opposed the motion to dismiss.

Accordingly, we GRANT the Motion to Dismiss Appeal as Moot and DISMISS this interlocutory appeal. PER CURIAM
