Appeals having been taken to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 30, 2021 (Case No. 2022-02174) and, on or about January 03, 2022 (Case No. 2022-02175), and from an order and judgment (one paper), same court and justice, entered on or about April 08, 2022 (Case No. 2022-02283), and said appeals having been perfected, And counsel for defendant-appellant having renewed his motion for leave to withdraw as defendant's counsel, and upon such order, for an extension of time for defendant to retain successor counsel, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting Karlinsky LLC to withdraw as defendant's counsel and adjourning the perfected appeals to the September 2023 Term of this Court.
