ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.

The motion to strike appellant's brief is DENIED. Appellee has not demonstrated that appellant's brief does not substantially conform with MCR 7.212. Therefore, there are no grounds for striking the brief. MCR 7.212(1). Further, challenges to factual statements and whether appellant cites to non-record evidence are proper subjects for appellee's brief.
