ORDER
LEWIS J. LIMAN, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE:
The Court held an initial conference in this matter with all parties present on December 22, 2022. This order memorializes the decisions of the Court during the conference.
Plaintiff shall file its motion to compel arbitration by January 17, 2023. Defendant shall file its opposition by February 16, 2023. Plaintiff shall file its reply by March 2, 2023. Discovery is stayed pending resolution of the motion. The parties are directed to file a request for a status conference within two weeks of the decision on the motion to compel arbitration if the Court does not grant the motion.
