The petition for belated appeal from the order of the Circuit Court for Bradford County, which denied a motion to correct illegal sentence in case number 89-438-CFA on October 11, 2001, is granted. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion will be provided to the clerk of the trial court for treatment as a notice of appeal. Fla.R.App.P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
