The summary judgment entered below for the defendant FP L is reversed because of the existence of unresolved questions of whether it negligently maintained its lines and whether any such negligence was a legal cause of the plaintiff's injury. See Jones v. Florida Power Light Co., 552 So.2d 284 (Fla. 4th DCA 1989), review denied, 563 So.2d 631, 632 (Fla. 1990).
