ORDER

Plaintiffs' attorney, David E. Lasker, has moved to withdraw from this case due to his decision to leave private practice forthwith to accept a job as assistant corporate counsel for Sauk County, starting March 3, 2008. Attorney Lasker also has asked that the court stay proceedings so that his clients may find and retain new counsel. Defendants do not oppose these requests. Under the circumstances, the court has little choice but to accede.

It is ORDERED that Attorney Lasker's motion is GRANTED. Plaintiffs have one month within which to replace him. Proceedings will be STAYED until an attorney files an appearance on behalf of plaintiffs, at which time the court will hold a telephonic status conference. If no attorney has filed an appearance on behalf of plaintiffs by April 4, 2008, then this court will lift the stay, adjust the schedule if necessary, and require plaintiffs to represent themselves until an attorney appears on their behalf.
