Action to recover damages for breach of a lease agreement, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Windham, geographical area number eleven, and tried to the court, Brennan, J.; judgment for the plaintiff, from which the named defendant appealed to this court. No error.

Albert E. Weiss, pro se, the appellant (named defendant).

Nicholas G. Sarantopoulos, filed a brief for the appellee (plaintiff).


In this appeal, the named defendant is asking us to intervene into areas where the trial court properly exercised its lawful discretion and appropriately performed its fact-finding function. This we will not do.
