ORDER

Plaintiff Robin Lee initiated this action on November 16, 2001. On March 18 and April 1, 2002, the post office returned mail from the court to plaintiff as undeliverable. See Docs#s 10, 11. On May 24, 2002, the court ordered plaintiff to show cause why she failed to attend a case management conference scheduled for May 23, 2002. See Doc#12. On June 7, 2002, the post office returned the order as undeliverable. See Doc #13. Throughout this period, plaintiff has not provided a current mailing address.

The court may dismiss without prejudice a complaint when mail directed to the party by the court has been returned to the court as undeliverable and the court fails to receive within 60 days a written communication from the party indicating a current address. See Civil LR 3-11. Because more than 60 days have passed since mail from the court to plaintiff was returned as undeliverable and the court has not received a current address from plaintiff, the case is DISMISSED without prejudice. The clerk is directed to close the file and terminate all motions as moot.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
