After remand from Alabama Supreme Court.


In accordance with the holding of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Lee, 506 So.2d 301 (Ala. 1987), the judgment is reversed and this cause is remanded to the trial court for a new trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

All the Judges concur.
