Judgment striking out so much of appellants' claim for damages against respondent as exceeds the sum of $8,291.87, and adjudging that appellants recover that amount against respondent, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. Order of December 19, 1947, granting motion by respondent and directing such judgment, and order of July 12, 1947, denying in part appellants' motion to strike out affirmative defenses, insofar as such orders are appealed from, unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
