By post-card notice dated June 15, 2016, we informed the parties the clerk's record was overdue and instructed Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file the record within thirty days. As of today's date, the clerk's record has not been filed. Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Pitre to file, by JULY 28, 2016, either (1) the clerk's record or (2) written verification that appellant has not paid or made arrangements to pay the fee for preparation of the clerk's record.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre and counsel for all parties.
