The order denying the motion to alter or amend judgment is vacated. The judgment of contempt is to be modified to reflect the plaintiff's entitlement to reasonable attorney's fees and expenses. The case is remanded to the Probate and Family Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court on file.
