On September 9, 2004, the Court dismissed petitioner's petitions for writ of mandamus. In the dismissal order, petitioner was directed to show cause why he should not be barred from filing further pleadings with the Court unless they are signed by a member of The Florida Bar. Having considered petitioner's response, the order to show cause is hereby discharged.
