This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Houston, Texas, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin March 14, 2022. On February 24, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report informing the Court that a basis for settlement in this case had been reached and that they request 60 days from start of calendar to submit to the Court a fully stipulated decision resolving this case.
