On November 16, 2021, petitioner's counsel, Mansoor Ansari, filed a motion to withdraw as counsel. By Order issued November 24, 2021, the Court directed petitioner's counsel, on or before December 10, 2021, to file a supplement to the motion to withdraw as counsel. No supplement has been filed by petitioner's counsel.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the motion to withdraw as counsel, filed November 16, 2021, is denied.
