On March 17, 2020, the trial session scheduled to begin in Houston, Texas, on April 20, 2020, was canceled due to concerns related to COVID-19, and these cases were assigned to the undersigned judge. On November 22, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report requesting additional time to allow petitioners' counsel to have the tax computations reviewed. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before January 13, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the cases or stipulated decision documents.
