ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge

Pursuant to the agreement of the parties as provided in the Commissioner's status report filed April 10, 2024, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at a remote special session of the Court on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 1:00 pm. (Eastern Time) where Washington, D.C. shall be listed as the place of trial for this remote special session. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties the Court's Standing Pretrial Order setting forth therein the pretrial deadlines in this case.

This Order constitutes official notice of trial to the parties.
