On March 17, 2020, the trial session scheduled to begin in Houston, Texas, on April 20, 2020, was canceled due to concerns related to COVID-19, and these cases were assigned to the undersigned judge. On September 21, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report informing the Court that the parties are awaiting tax computations from respondent's Technical Services to prepare decision documents. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before November 23, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the cases or stipulated decision documents.
