On March 21, 2023, the Commissioner filed a motion for summary judgment (Doc. 11) and a declaration of Sarah J. Case in support of motion for summary judgment (Doc. 12). Both documents, however, bear the caption of Docket No. 36041-21S. It thus appears that these documents were filed in the wrong case. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for summary judgment (Doc. 11) is deemed stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's declaration of Sarah J. Case in support of motion for summary judgment (Doc. 12) is deemed stricken from the Court's record.
