Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

On January 6, 2023, the Court served an Order striking this case from the Court's January 23, 2023, San Francisco, California trial calendar and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned. Furthermore, the Order directed the parties to file either a stipulated decision document or a status report by March 6, 2023. It appears that the parties may need additional time to submit a filing to the Court. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the due date in which the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a joint status report is now extended until May 16, 2023.
