This case has been assigned to the undersigned for disposition or other appropriate case management. On September 23, 2022, and September 27, 2022, respectively, petitioners and respondent each filed a Status Report pursuant to the Court's Order served August 5, 2022.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before November 18, 2022, file a joint proposed stipulated decision or, in the alternative, a further joint report regarding the then present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that, in the event respondent files a motion for summary judgment on or before November 18, 2022, the parties are excused from filing a further status report.
