On July 29, 2022, respondent filed in the above-docketed matter a Response to Court's Order Dated July 26, 2022. The submissions purported to attached a copy of the notice of deficiency underlying this proceeding. However, no exhibit was included.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 16, 2022, respondent shall file shall file either: (1) An appropriate jurisdictional motion; and/or (2) a report establishing the basis or bases for the Court's jurisdiction and attaching thereto a copy of any supporting documentation.
