Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Johnson County, Paul D. Miller, Judge. A plaintiff appeals the district court's summary judgment ruling dismissing his bad faith claim against a workers' compensation carrier. AFFIRMED. William J. Bribriesco and Anthony J.
