ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On March 30, 2023, a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel, was filed by Arthur W. Petersen III, counsel for respondent in the above-docketed matter. That motion represented that Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen would remain as counsel for respondent in this proceeding. However, Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen has never properly entered any appearance in this case.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 10, 2023, Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen shall file a proper Entry of Appearance in this case.
