DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated July 17, 2020. By scheduling order of this Court dated March 24, 2021, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until April 23, 2021. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
