This case is calendared for trial at the Court's January 30, 2023, Miami, Florida trial session. On September 27, 2022, the Court mailed to Mr. Leder an envelope containing the Court's Notice Setting Case for Trial and Standing Pretrial Order. The postal service returned that envelope to the Court with a "FORWARD TIME EXP RTN TO SEND" label that set forth a new address for Mr. Leder. The Court stamped received the returned mail on October 14, 2022, but it was not received in the undersigned's office until January 3, 2023. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk shall update Mr. Leder's address on the docket record with the forwarding address on the envelope at docket entry no. 20. It is further

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion this case is stricken from the Court's January 30, 2023, Miami, Florida trial session, continued, and restored to the general docket.

We remind Mr. Leder of Rule 21(b)(4), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, which requires parties to promptly notify the Court if their address changes.
