DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for stay pending determination of proceeding and for permission to proceed as a poor person.

Motion to amend pleadings.

Motion to dismiss petition or, in the alternative, for extension of time to file answer.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition to the motion for a stay and the motion to dismiss the petition, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the petition is granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file an answer is denied, without costs, as academic, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to amend the pleadings is denied, without costs, as academic, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for a stay pending determination of the proceeding and for permission to proceed as a poor person is denied, without costs, as academic.
