On May 17, 2021, a Letter Dated May 7, 2021, was filed on behalf of petitioners by their purported power of attorney. As petitioners' power of attorney is not admitted to practice before this Court and, accordingly, does not represent petitioners in this case, the filing of that letter with the Court was improper.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Letter Dated May 7, 2021, is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
