ORDER GRANTING STIPULATED MOTION TO STAY PROCEEDING


The Court, having fully considered the parties' Stipulated Motion to Stay Proceeding and good cause appearing therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:

1. The motion is GRANTED.

2. This action is hereby STAYED indefinitely.

3. Any party to this action may unilaterally terminate the stay by filing and serving a notice of termination on all parties, whereupon Defendant shall have forty-five (45) days from the date of service of such notice in which to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Complaint.
