Leavy v. Frazier

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Nov 16, 1995
667 So. 2d 362 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1995)

Opinion

No. 94-2063.

November 16, 1995.

An Appeal from Order of the Judge of Compensation Claims; Judith Brechner, Judge.

Nicol J. Panebianco of Laurence F. Leavy, P.A., Ft. Lauderdale, for Appellant.

William C. Robinson, Miami, for Appellee.

Although there may be merit to the appellant's argument that the judge of compensation claims lacked authority to modify the terms of the joint stipulation for settlement, the appellant has provided no authority for the relief requested in his brief on appeal. Accordingly, the order under review is affirmed.

BARFIELD and ALLEN, JJ., and SHIVERS, Senior Judge, concur.
