Jason LEAVITT v. Kerry RESTUCCIA.
So much of the modification judgments as require the father to pay child support in the amount of $118 per week plus twenty-five dollars per week in arrears are vacated. In all other respects, the judgments are affirmed. The case is remanded for the purpose of calculating a new child support order consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court. The order denying the motion to strike the defendant's proposed findings of fact and rationale is affirmed.
