This consolidated case is presently calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on Monday, May 2, 2022, in San Diego, California.

On April 1, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance. Respondent states that there is no objection by petitioners to the granting of that motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the respondent's Motion for Continuance filed March 25, 2022, is granted, and this consolidated case is stricken for trial from the May 2, 2022, San Diego, California, session and is continued generally.
