Opinion

No. 05-08-01552-CR

Opinion issued May 21, 2009. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex. R. App. P. 47

On Appeal from the 366th Judicial District Court, Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 366-81805-01.

Before Justices WRIGHT, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Elisa Salias Leal pleaded true to the allegations in the motion to revoke her community supervision. Pursuant to a plea agreement at the revocation proceedings, the trial court assessed punishment at imprisonment for two years. Appellant waived her right to appeal in conjunction with the plea agreement, and the trial court's rule 25.2(d) certification reflects that waiver. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex.Crim.App. 2005); Blanco v. State, 18 S.W.3d 218 (Tex.Crim.App. 2000). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
