The parties have filed a joint motion to dismiss this appeal alleging that they have settled their dispute. Appellant's motion to dismiss is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a). In accordance with the parties' agreement, the costs of this appeal are assessed against the party incurring them. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(d). Opinion delivered April 6, 2016.
