ORDER

ALINA I. MARSHALL JUDGE

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 27, 2023, for cases in which Portland, Oregon, is the place of trial.

On January 12, 2023, petitioner and intervenor filed a motion to return to San Diego and limit one IRS attorney on case. In that motion, petitioner and intervenor request that this case be returned to San Diego, California, and that the Court limit the number of counsel representing respondent in this case. On January 24, 2023, respondent filed a response to motion to return to San Diego and limit one IRS attorney on case.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner and intervenor's motion to return to San Diego and limit one IRS attorney on case filed January 12, 2023, is denied.
