The applicant, LCP West Monroe, L.L.C., seeks supervisory review of the trial court's September 10, 2024, ruling denying its motion for partial summary judgment. On the showing made, exercise of this Court's supervisory jurisdiction is not warranted. La. C.C.P. art. 966; Herlitz Construction Co. v. Hotel Investors of New Iberia, 396 So.2d 878 (La. 1981). Accordingly, the writ is denied.
