Action to recover the purchase price of certain real property aggregating $2,073.36 and interest, after alleged rescission of the contract of sale. Order denying defendants' motion for judgment dismissing the complaint for insufficiency unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to the defendants to answer within twenty days after service of order upon payment of said costs. No opinion.
